No Picnic anymore

Around Kitakami, there are many great mountain and forest areas, in which lots of beautifully located and well equipped picnic sites have been installed, with toilets, water tap, barbecue equipment and rain shed. This place, although close to a beautiful lakeside, doesn't seem to be used very often anymore.
